Each home is handmade and custom built.   Its
design maybe based on an existing style
(see design choices) or your specifications.  
The price may range from $120 - $1,000 and
is determined by the number and type of features, i.e., size,
shape, material, inlays, photo frames, brass plates, etc.

Once you have  submitted your choices,
an email will be sent to you within 48 hours to confirm the
design, specifications and cost of building your friend's
new home.  

In most cases, a handcrafted home takes about 4 weeks from
receipt of an order to delivery.  For additional questions, an
inquiry column is available on the "Design Choices" screen.
